Refund Policy

At Amavi Botanica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (luxury perfumes), we have the following return policy:

• Unopened products: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
• Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at amavibotanica@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (if applicable)
• Gift cards or promotional items

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at amavibotanica@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
