At Amavi Botanica, we want your perfume to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.

1. Shipping Information

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: £3.00
• Next Day Delivery: £6.90
• Free shipping on all orders over £100

Europe (Spain, Romania)

• Economy International (10–15 business days): £10.00
• Standard International (2–11 business days): £15.00

Delivery Times

Europe

• Economy International: 10–15 business days
• Standard International: 2–11 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your parcel and monitor its delivery progress.

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our perfumes, we have the following return policy:

• Unopened products: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
• Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at amavibotanica@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

Return Shipping Costs

• Standard returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or defective products: We cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.

3. Customs & Duties (EU Orders)

For orders shipped to EU countries from the UK, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your local authorities. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
