📦 RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in its original packaging with all seals intact

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Items NOT Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for cosmetic products in the UK, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ Opened bottles or testers❌ Used or partially used products❌ Products with broken seals❌ Products without original packaging❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Exception: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (see Damaged or Defective Products section below).


💷 REFUND POLICY

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)


Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

  • Total: Approximately 10-14 business days from return receipt to refund in your account


📬 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [your email address] within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)

  • Return address

  • Instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Include your order number inside the package

  • Ship to the return address provided

  • Use tracked shipping (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked)

  • Keep your tracking number for your records

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.


🚨 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

What to do:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect

    • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

We will:

🔄 EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

  1. Return your original item (following our return process)

  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

📦 PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipping (before 20 November):

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund (including shipping)

  • Contact us at [your email address] with your order number

  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days

After Shipping (after 20 November):

  • Standard return policy applies (unopened items only)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to UK orders only.

For international orders, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable

  • Return processing may take longer due to international shipping


🛡️ YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, for any reason.

However:

  • This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products (including perfumes) that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If your product is unopened and sealed, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • If your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
