📦 SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (all regions)
  • Spain (all regions)

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


💷 SHIPPING COSTS

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95

Spain:

  • Standard Delivery: €4.95

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.


🚚 DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days from dispatch
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Spain:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Business days: Monday - Friday (excluding UK and Spanish public holidays)


📍 ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) are processed on Monday
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

📦 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • All orders include tracking
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order through the carrier's website using your tracking number
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch

🏠 DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping
  • We deliver to residential and business addresses
  • PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes in the UK

🚨 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:
    1. Check with neighbors or building reception
    2. Verify the delivery address

Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
